After taking this course, Students should be able to:

2. Know how to look at the 10 Year Treasury and other important indices on a technical chart.
3. Have access to technical charting software productivity tool.
4. Become proficient at using charting software and accurately predict/forecast interest rates for their business needs in less than 10 minutes per day.
5. Understand Dow Theory and why markets (stocks, bond prices) move the way they do
6. Understand how to identify supply and demand zones and support and resistance.
7. Understand how to identify past and current market structure, trends, and channels.
8. Understand and identify when and how trend and market structure breaks and what that does to the direction of interest rates (and stock / bond prices).
9. Know when is a good time to take action for their own purposes (such as interest rate locks, property sales/acquisitions/ overall business growth or slow down periods due to rate trends).
